EDMS Login and Authorization

For safety precautions and with the confirmation from the university administration, EBYS access outside the campus can only be provided through VPN services. EBYS can be accessed at all times, directly if the user is in campus, or through VPN services if they are outside the campus.

For your information on EBYS to be corrected, you need to contact the relevant Personnel Department in the Personnel Department Directorate. The changes made from the Personnel Department will automatically be reflected in EBYS.
